1. Who runs this site
CS Idea Labs LLC operates slithy.io, publishes official Slithy builds, runs project infrastructure, and answers support sent to support@slithy.io.
2. What the website may collect
Like most websites, slithy.io may create server logs when a page, image, download, update manifest, or data file is requested. Those logs can include IP address, browser or app user agent, requested file, referring page, date, and time.
Those logs help diagnose broken downloads, failed update checks, attacks, abuse, and ordinary server problems. They are not used for ad targeting.
3. Support and bug reports
The bug report page opens an email to support@slithy.io. It does not upload the report to the website by itself. If you send an email, CS Idea Labs LLC receives your email address and whatever you choose to write.
Do not send recovery words, wallet passwords, private keys, seed files, or wallet files. A real Slithy support reply should not ask for them.
4. Wallets, mining, and updates
Wallet files, recovery words, private keys, and wallet passwords are supposed to stay on your computer. The Windows app checks the Slithy update feed and downloads signed packages from slithy.io. Those requests can appear in server logs.
The app may connect to official Slithy test nodes so it can sync blocks and mine from your computer. Public nodes can see ordinary network traffic needed to relay blocks and transactions. They should not receive your wallet password, recovery words, or private keys.
5. Public blockchain data
Slithy is a transparent chain. Addresses, transactions, blocks, mining rewards, and treasury outputs are public chain data. The current test chain will reset before the live network starts. After live launch, public chain data should be treated as public by design.
A Slithy address is not your legal name by itself. If you post your address, reuse it publicly, send it to support, or connect it to an account somewhere else, other people may connect that address to you.
6. Cookies, analytics, and outside services
Slithy.io does not currently run ad tracking or analytics scripts. It does not currently set advertising cookies.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may contact Google to load those font files. The community page links to Discord. If you open Discord, Discord handles that visit under its own terms and privacy policy.
Since Slithy.io does not run cross-site behavioral tracking, browser Do Not Track signals do not change how this site responds right now.
7. Sharing and retention
CS Idea Labs LLC may share information with service providers that host the site, deliver email, protect the server, or help operate the project. Information may also be shared if required by law or needed to protect the site, users, or project infrastructure.
Server logs are kept as needed for operations and security, then removed through normal log rotation. Support emails may be kept as long as needed to answer the issue, track a bug, or keep a project record.
8. Children
Slithy supports children's literacy as a mission. The website and wallet software are not directed to children under 13. Do not send personal information about a child through support or bug reports.
9. Privacy questions
For privacy questions, write to support@slithy.io. If the policy changes in a meaningful way, this page should be updated with a new effective date.
